Dave Larrimore has over 10 years of experience modernizing, innovating, and fostering technology as a business/mission enabler. In addition to supporting the development and implementation of the first US Department of Agriculture (USDA) enterprise cloud strategy, Mr. Larrimore served as a Branch Chief and Program Manager at the General Services Administration (GSA) where he lead a multidisciplinary team that enabled the transition of IT programs and project from a traditional waterfall development approach to Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). He has also developed and managed a cloud automation governance model to support cloud-based automated testing and continuous integration services.

Prior to his experience at USDA and GSA, Mr. Larrimore served as an analyst within the Department of Homeland Security providing the full suite of programmatic support for a variety of multi-million dollar IT projects and investments. He has also served as a software engineer and Oracle database engineer in the private sector.

Mr. Larrimore has a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from Salisbury University, Salisbury, Maryland.
