Join AFFIRM for on January 25 for our monthly speaker series.

Each month, our speaker series brings a panel of government experts to discuss cutting-edge issues in the Federal IT community.

Since the passage of the Pendleton Act of 1883, it has been a fundamental value of civil service to draw from all segments of society. Now, over a century later, diversity of experience and perspective in government continues to flourish. Women in the public sector have played pivotal roles in moving toward a more open, innovative and responsive government.

This panel will discuss the path to successfully maintain a workforce that reflects gender-diversity and the attributes that make both men and women successful in information technology fields in the federal workforce today.
